What would you wear everyday?

Imagine... you've just been told that you're going to be part of the Science Ninja Team. You haven't met any of the other Team members yet, but they inform you that you have to pick out one set of clothes. ONE set of clothes... that will transform into your Birdstyle.

What do you want to wear, day in, day out? Pick your outfit!

For me, I'm kid of girly, so I'd probably go with something like Gwen Tenyson's outfit... (from seasons 1 & 2 of Ben 10: Alien Force).

For me, my default wear-it-every-day outfit would have to be jeans and a turtleneck.

Oooo...good question...it's hard to choose just one...

For summer....

For winter....

I'd have to combine the summer top (in either green, teal or brick red) with the winter pants, I guess...and the boots would not be thigh high boots- they'd be ankle boots! LOL

Okay, well when I was young, skinny, and fit, 501 were my preferred jeans, so I'd say 501's, a baggy t-shirt, and cross-trainers. When it's cold I'd toss on a denim jacket.

I like your winter outfit, Springie. Even the thigh high boots, though ankle boots would be nice too. The scrunchy kinds?

I would choose something super comfy. Like jeans or tights with a big baggy sweater over it.

What happens when the team sleeps? They don't sleep in their civies, so does that mean they have to first get dressed, then transmute?

I love the thigh high boots, Springie! And that winter outfit is very stylish!

Good point about winter versus summer... weather never seems to be a concern for our poor one-outfit ninjas!

We know that Jun sleeps in a nightie, and Joe and Ken often sleep... well, bare-chested at least. Perhaps completely nude? Wink And there's an episode where Jinpei has his Ironman Underoos PJs. So yeah, I'm guessing that they have to get dressed if they're woken in the middle of the night.

Good question! I'd wear skinny jeans + an adhering tank top during summer, substituting the tank top for a turtle neck (much like LB's) in winter! Calf-length boots with a bit of a heel are a must!

For me, I would go for comfort.
Sneakers and a mock turtle neck. As for pants: well if I had the body I would go with leggings. Something similar to what Springie has for her winter pic.

Springie I love that winter pic and the colours in it are great as well. I could easily see you wearing that.

One thing I'm noticing is that a lot of you seem to like heels. Are they really comfy enough to wear everyday? I try to 'condition' myself for wearing heels, but it takes awhile and it's never truly comfy. Platforms or big chunky heels I'm okay with.

If I had to wear heels, that is what I would be wearing as well. I would much prefer to stick to my sneakers though.

I avoid heels! Kitten heels 1" or under, I'm usually okay with regardless of what I'm doing. Anything higher I need to work up to. It should also be noted that I do have knee and ankle problems, so spiky, thin heels are out for almost all occasions.

Well, I'm only 5'1", so heels help me to not feel so short. Chunky heels are comfy enough for everyday use and my current favorite shoes are like that. But almost all my shoes have some "lift." I even have flip-flops with a bit of a heel!

I'm all across the board. I've got, on either extreme, flat shoes and shoes with 4 inch stiletto heels -and ones that fall in between in terms of height and chunkiness. It all depends on where I'm going and how much walking I think I might be doing. I'm prepared to trade comfort for glam when the occasion is right, but my feet do have their limits!
