Were there ever any moments of Gatchaman that made you laugh? Being that I'm still a n00b, one moment I've seen so far that I've found funny is in episode 6 where they're approaching the island, and Ryu goes on about how he always wanted to go to this one beach and have a bunch of girls around him, and then Ken (or is it Joe? I don't remember, I only saw the episode once so far) snaps him out of it. I thought that was funny. Eek

There are quite a few for me, almost every episode! I point them out in the episode reviews. That being said, episodes 50 (Trachodon) and 71 (this week's Yeti ep) are two of the funniest episodes, IMHO.

TJ is right! Almost in every episode you can find something funny ... either made on purpose for some humour amongst all the angst or else things or instances that seem funny to us when viewing them at our own times or when we're eager to catch even the tiniest mistake or strangeness in the plot, artwork, etc! TJ and LB do a great job in pinpointing them in their episode recaps!

You should see the BotP version (Big Robot Gold Grab). Tiny sounded as if he might have gotten some. (Remember, this was the 'safe for American children' version.)

I have only just started watching the later eps but some of Katses rants later in the series have me giggling I will have to watch them again to work out which ones. The guy doing the dub just seems to get so into it.

I also love the cyclops captains comment about only having one eye... Sorry once agian I cant remember the ep it was in.

Oh and Ryus bum drop attack always makes me laugh.

I just finished watching ep 99 and in the first fight scene Ryu kicks a goon (cant quite work out where) and the goon does a very funny walk with strange sound effects and it has me laughing every time I watch it.
