This is my favorite Eddie Murphy film. I think this is the funniest film he's ever been in. The first parts of the film that take place in Africa are kind of meh, but once they get to New York, the laughter picks up, and it's one of the funniest movies ever. My favorite scene is where they're at the Black Awareness Rally, and Randy Watson and Sexual Chocolate perform. I thought that was the funniest scene in the whole movie.
It's been awhile, but the one part of the movie that I remember is when Murphy's character runs into the two old and now destitute geezers that were ruined in Trading Places (my favorite Eddie Murphy movie).
