Looking for Gatch/BtoP DVD's??

Hiya team...

Just a quick message to let you all know that I spoke with a really cute guy today named Joe, who has a great little kiosk over at Dixie with a truly awesome cache of Anime stuff... lots of Gatch and BotP available at groovy prices.

He was actually one of the first stores I have ever walked into and asked "Do you have any Gatchaman" who knew what I was talking about, and even then moved on to suggest Battle of the Planets..

While I do own everything he had available, I know a few of you were onthe hunt for some Gatchy goodness.

The DVD's are a really good price -- and the official releases, not the bootlegs you get in some anime stores.

All six releases of BotP are, like $9 a pop, and there was also the OAV DVD, and some Gatchaman volumes as well. I believe they were all under the $10 mark.

I questioned if he would ship, and while he prefers to do face to face business, is not opposed to doing an online order to satisfy the needs of the salivating fan.

He seems to be a sweet guy who knows his stuff! And has a fantastic collection of EVERYTHING ... without that comic book "holier than thou" attitude you sometimes find from these stores.

He also says that he's getting new stuff in all the time, so if you let him know what you're looking for, when he gets it he'll give you first right of refusal. Which is truly awesome!
