In the face of adversity..

The one thing that on a personal note has come out of yesterdays events is for me the need for a back up plan.

See I thought I had pretty much everything covered as far as guests getting to my wedding was concerned but now I have to work out a short notice back up plan just so I can cover that rare eventuality.

Why is this in the discussion forum you are wondering?
It simple I would love to hear about how you have overcome difficult circumstances to do something that was important to you.

Incidents like yesterday are extreme, they show how hard we can try to do something, whether it is as simple as a call to let a loved one know you are safe or to travel miles to get home when you are stranded.

I know this will be on everyones mind for a while. I send sincere sympathy to those who have lost or are still trying to find their loved one as I know you all do.

So to turn bad news into showing the best that we can be. Please share your stories with us all. You may think that others may fid it trivial but if it was important to you please share it.
