Hi, I do seem to have problems with either my computer or my interent connection for one reason or another.

Once I get one problem fixed, then another one crops up, fix that and then another one crops up and son on and on.

With the internet connection, it's mostly the speed of the damm thing, mostly got to do with the fact that in Biritan, a lot of people use the BT phone lines, which doesn't give us the so called high speed connection that the ISPs tell us we can have.

I am also started to wonder that my house is in some kind of zone, where I have poor mobile signal, poor TV reception and not very good internet speed.

As you have notice, I haven't used any naughty 4 letter words. The reason is that I am not in a very bad mood at the moment (thank goodness).

I am now I got this off my chest and now I will go into the Snack J and get pissed.

I am thinking of buying a new computer, but can't decide on a PC or a laptop. I hate thinking as well as it hurts my head.

Met I'm so proud of you a rant and NO naughty words in it. How's anger management classes going...(Just jokes mate.)
Cause you know I've used a few in the past two weeks, just not online. So I'm back to square one in my nager managment classes....

My own computer has kept crashing. So I've been forced to use DH's computer. Lucky he managed after a week to recover my files off the hard drive. (It was touch and go there for a while, emergency services were called in....it wasn't pretty.)

When I was visiting my moms the other weekend, I had her computer so messed up. All I wanted to do was speed it up, next thing I know the whole thing in my face. Never had I wanted to kick a laptop so hard, and she lives on the forth floor, so the fall would have been wonderful to watch.


Hope your problem gets fixed Met. My B/H keeps telling me that we need to reboot, but I still haven't gotten around to it.

I completely sympathize with you Met. Many a time I did boot my computer (with a shoe) because it wasn't working. I finally got a new one in January this year and now I can't play videos with it!

I think of the words of Joseph Campbell when it comes to computers. "Computers are like pagan gods. They demand absolute obedience and show no mercy."

And then his body grows in size, clothes (except his underwear) gets ripped apart and his skin turning green and then he goes off on a rampage agaisnt a certian stupid PC.
