I remember "Spitting Image" being on TV in Canada in the late 80s, but I didn't watch it so much because I often didn't get the jokes (probably because I didn't live in the UK). I liked "The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole" better.

I think this song is funny, but I wouldn't want to hear it too often!

I do remember Spitting Image being on the air in the US for a bit. Or maybe I'm just thinking of the Genesis video for Land of Confusion... Confused

Ok, is it only me or did the US version sound vaguely familiar??

"The plot involved a conspiracy to replace Ronald Reagan with a double (actually actor Dustin Hoffman in disguise).
