But have I read well? Surgery to the Eagle and Condors? Unless is a sex-change surgery (Swannies will be very mad in that case)

Are you really sure you want to be spoiled that much? What happened to Ego, Berg Katse and Gel Sadra, etc. is actually one of the shocking parts of the story, and I really don't want to get this particular detail out.
As for the surgery, I could only say this much. Dr. Black Jack will be attempting to cure Ken of the cancer that resulted from the use of the Hypershoot, but he will discover something about the Eagle because of it. It is this "something" that will bind the events in the story together.

The only problem with this is that Ken is not dying from cancer. We actually wrote about this back in the GatchaCon fanzine in 1998, in a section called "Gatchaman" Myths and Truths. What we said then was as follows:
"While Ken is suffering from a physical problem in the latter half 'Gatchaman Fighter,' what he has is a bit different than cancer. Instead, constant exposure to the energy used in the Hyper Shoot has caused cellular disruption of Ken's body. In episode 35 of the series, Director Nambu realizes the extent of the damage that has been done to Ken. With continued exposure, this disruption would cause Ken to simply disintegrate. A cure is discovered in episode 37, thanks to the development of the Neo-Bio Reactor, a device that can revitalize cells. But this 'cure' is only a stopgap measure, and by episode 41, Director Nambu found that it was no longer very effective. By episode 46, it was determined that if Ken used the Hyper Shoot one more time, he would die."
As for what Governor Z looks like, it all depends on what part of him you're looking at. At his most basic, Z is nothing more than a single small piece of Governor X, the only part that survived X's destruction in "Gatchaman II" #52. That piece is what Ken sliced in two at the end of the series, and it looks like this:
When people usually see Z, what they see is the gigantic outer shell that he built around himself, looking much like a metal pyramid. It looks like this:
When Z brought Egobossler inside his shell to talk with him directly, Z appeared as a large, shadowy shape with lights flashing around him. This shape towered over Egobossler, and looked like this:
Z is not the anti-matter asteroid. The asteroid is something that Z brought to Earth in order to destroy the planet.
