Gunman, please do as Met requests as most of us come here to have a little fun and converse with other people who have the same interests. We all have enough pressures and stress in the real world and don't need any additional here. Help us keep this board friendly and civil, not to mention light and enjoyable. If you would like to start flame-wars, then please take it to the War Room, as that is what it was created for.

Please understand that we are not trying to take your fun or creativity away from you, just asking you to take it to a more appropriate location. Let the other board members have the choice as to whether they would like to be exposed to it or not.

Take it else where preferably into the war room...all of this flaming Flamebounce is getting very old and boring...and it shouldn't have gone on this long.

I love ya, but all this waring with Eagles is too much, I'm not seeing any humour in it it funny for a few posts then it should have stopped back in October.
Tone has stepped up recognised that it was causing tension and made a war room for it to keep it outta the threads.

No one trying to drive you away...

I just want you see that you can carry things way to far and the fun goes from it quickly when its in every thread...and in your face all the time.

EG;I hate 7Zark7, but if there was someone who was posting that really liked him...then I wouldn't give that robot such a hard time in threads and stay away from blowing him up all the time, but since we all hate him then no one is being hurt by it...Berg Katse doesn't even get paid out on that much and he's a baddie!

Any, I will admit I am not too sure what exactly what these "flame wars" are, but I do know that it's obvisouly that you and Gunman like to start these flame wars. So, if you want do this and drive everybody away, then you 2 are going the right way.

I have a very thin patience for these flame wars and have been discrimiate before and I don't like it.

I would like to point out that rather than anyone feeling they have to leave the forum, that the User CP has an ignore list feature. This means that you can add people who are being a pain into the ignore list so you don't get to see their posts, and so they cease to be a pain. I have no idea whether anyone is using the ignore lists at all, and it's a shame that tensions are rising to the point where I'm mentioning it, but please consider it as an alternative to feeling the urge to leave. Even as a temporary thing just to give time to cool off.

I guess we all get a little carried away sometimes and forget other peoples feelings.

Amy - I have probably not said many complimentary things about Ego on the board so I apologise, I know you adore him as much as I adore the eagle and Swan.

In addition I know the smut has overrun from the rubber room where it was always intended and I can only say I wont do that either. I have noticed that Cep rarely posts anymore and I hope that is only because of how busy he is rather than the tone of the boards lately.

Like many of you I come here to talk to likeminded fans and I love sharing fics with you and reading fics/seeing the wonderful pictures you create. It would be a shame if people left this wonderful place that was created for us.

I also hope some of the original members who maybe dont post here anymore can feel that it is a place they would love to come back to.

All I can say is that I love you all! Grouphug

p.s I mean no offence to anyone in what I have posted above I have tried to think how others might feel. Even though I guess I am pretty unshockale by most things Blushing

Thank you Meridian for pointing out that feature, but does it not just work for emails and PMs from who ever you set to ignore. Not everyday posts to the board.
