Oh yes, I am the MASTER of saving pictures to my comp. Had around 3,000 last count, I think...depends on whether or not my computer's managed to lose all its data recently or not.

Well, there's a new dye out by Fructis Garnier that has blue-blacks and the like. Maybe she's using that or an equivalent. Koolaid works too, sorta.

I think that guy is just some member of a band playing at the Snack J or something. I think this is from the Ant episode.

I have to agree with Tengu on this. I am going to guess the green is the way they chose to show highlights in her hair.
Now in true anime style, traditional japanese character is shown with black hair. However Gatchaman was done before the anime style starting using different color hair for character types. ie: pink is for little girls, white is normally reserved for villains, blonde means they are poking fun at americans (please I am american this is just the research), and I forgot what the other ones mean like blue and the such. If anyone is really curious I can relocate the link.
But point is it is probably black with green highlights.
