I guess I could put myself in my BOTP universe, then use my Abilities/Powers to shift into an animal. I could turn into an eagle and fly safely back to the ground.

Okay, How about a falcon or hawk?

But I do like my Eagle form. It is much stronger, freer and can fly much higher.
