Yes, it's Gatch II/Eagle Riders episode 15. The one where Ryu falls in love with the island girl, but she only has eyes for Ken!

Which is why I am trying to convince Springie to draw more Ryu pics.
I find the Ryu pics are very hard to find.
Very few appreciate his strength, only his comedic side.

I admit, I'm not really a Ryu fan, but I do appreciate his comedic side... *TJ ducks as CD throws tomatoes at her... oooh, didn't make it... Tomato *

Don't worry I don't throw tomatoes. (It would be a waste of good food for soup)
The Owl also has a strong, supportive side. Not just physically strong, but emotionally strong as well. He supports the Swan, Swallow and Eagle at times when they need it and provides insights that the Eagle sometimes does not see.
Yes he did provide comedic relief and knew when to use it when there was tension between the Eagle and Condor, as well as at other times. He used his knowledge of the two to know how to stop things from getting too far out of hand. (All of this is my opinion anyway.)

He was laid back enough to keep thing in prospective in the team...I like that Owl as you would a brother, you could hug him really and he is shown with a few girls in the series...pretty blonds I noticed...I love some of the Owl pics...poor Ryu for falling for a girl that wants the Eagle...no wonder Ken pushed her off him. Go for him though not to break the Owls heart by returning her affections.

Eagles and Condors I find a plenty but Owls not so much.
Not many Swallows out there either, but I have not looked that hard for him.

I am not, Either Owl or Eagle. That is why I have not looked for Swallow pics.
