So Last Night I Was Watching My Good Friend Haley Stream. Our Friendship Is So Strong. Anyways I See A Message In Chat pop Up And It Reads (Viewers Desecration Advised) "I Would Love to Rape the Sh** Out of You And I Can Track Your IP Address" I Was Furious and As Haley's Best friend Fellow Streamer And Loyal user of the Cafe Discord Server That Worried Me. I Thought, "What if Haley's IP Address Could be Followed? What if She Did Get Raped?" Many Thoughts Raced through My Mind, Some of them were making me Upset And I Said to Haley, "Haley Gotta Go I am A Little Stressed Out I'll Talk You Tomorrow." And Logged off For the Night. This Morning I Was Viewing My Tweets on Twitter when That message Popped Up As a Screen Capture On Haley's Twitter. I Was So Piss'd off I Burst Into Tears. I Cannot Believe Haley Would Get that Kind Of Shit From Someone!!!! I Saw The Culprit's Twitch And He has No Viewers or Videos!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THE JACKASS'S TWITCH!!! > I Talked to Three other People Are Friends With Her Due To her Newfound VTuber Fame And They Said, "The Bastard Should Be Banned and Arrested Rape is Not a Laughing Matter." I Reported The Perp. Now it is a Matter Of Time Before The Person Gets Booted off And I Seriously Hope Put Behind Bars!

He doesn't just want reporting to Twitch, Haley needs to take it to the police too. Although Twitch might ban him from their forum, there's every possibility he could open another account in a different username and continue.

I would also question the wisdom of posting the screenshot on Twitter too, because as you found out, it could be triggering to her other followers, who also didn't deserve to be exposed to such vileness, and may not have seen the original message in the chat.

I wish your friend good luck. I know such things happen on Twitch. One streamer I follow will stop what she's doing, go to full screen and rant at the poster that Twitch is not a dating site and they want to get onto pornhub, or Tinder if that's what they're looking for, before they are banned. Her stream is family friendly too, so you know she's holding back on what she really wants to say.
