Yep that's me, ideas abound. I can't think of what charactors from Family Guy will fit in the Gatchaman/BOTP charactor places and as for Futurana (I think that's you spell it), Bender will certainly be a the Condor or Condoroid.

Let's see.... what is the typical Simpson's plot? Something outrageous that they make seem completely normal. Let's see....

A case of raging hemorrhoids runs rampant through Springfield. Dr. Hibberd discovers that the cause is radioactive waste being buried by Smithers in the town in park each night. The Nuclear Power Plant is fined heavily, causing Mr. Burns to vow revenge. He takes Springfield hostage, shutting off the power and causing numerous problems (Comic Book Guy has to use a manual cash register, Moe can't use the defibrillator to start Barney's heart again after he drinks too much warm beer, Apu's Squishee mix melts and causes a flood, Ned Flanders can't read his new computerized Bible, etc.).

The Springfield Force (S-Force) are sent to infiltrate the plant, and turn the power back on.
