Thank you all!!!

I did well today got some under grazes for my pottery and heap of canvass and paints and an online painting course


But my bestest present was a clear MRI (got result today) so tumours, no damage to spine, no MS etc so far they are finding osteo arthritis in my neck and lower back, now just waiting on another referral for the next lot of test to narrow things down further

and my lesson learnt.... do not spend 2 hr in and MRI unless valium is involved.... ha ha
