Just so you'll know, Nikkatsu has reported that the new trailer has received 1.5 million views in the seven days following its release. Fairly impressive!

That's some good news! The more the interest the greater the outcome of the revival! ... maybe there'd also be a part two!! Dah ... I'm always the same wishful thinker! And, I didn't even watch the still upcoming movie! But, when it's about Gatchaman ... well ...

I know I might be chiming in again at a very late stage, here, but I had the chance to watch the trailer more accurately and at ease and I've noticed the following:
I also know that I might be getting excited on nothing, since I don't know more about the movie, and since I cannot completely count on my present intellect during these days but I can clearly see (or am thinking that I'm seeing!) blazing swords in this part of the trailer, so I was thinking ... could they be also incorporating some bits and pieces from the sequels?! Could this be a hint of Ken's fencer, maybe attributed to him and the others as an extra weapon apart from the ones used in the first series? If so ... that is, if bits and bobs from the whole trio might have been picked up to form a whole story, can I start imagining a really interesting and entwined plot?! Gosh ... I really think I need to shut my mind down a bit!!

Can't wait, too, though I so wish I could have understood Japanese!! And, I too have noticed that the scene is one of a fight between Ken and Joe ... not the same as the one in the alley for sure, but who knows why?! Maybe they're fighting upon who's going to sacrifice oneself first, as usual!! Am so curious .....
