I got mine via a reseller on Amazon.co.uk - reliable and posted from Germany so none of that nasty customs and excise import duty to pay.

Just checked the seller's name, it's "caiman-usa".

Just checked amazon and not all the vols are available.

But www.dvdboxoffice.com seem to have them all. I've ordered from them in the past and they were fine.
