It looks like a picture that would be on a prop record album on a set.

Doesn't that young man know he's supposed to scowl and look like he'd rather be killing people?

There are rules to these things, you know. Country and Western musicians have the cowboy hats, trucks, and I believe it's the Country ones with the cut-off sleeves (if they're male). Rock musicians look like the latest trend in youth fashion. Rappers look like they want to start a gang war (or as if they're wearing all that gold to ward off Cybermen).
