Ah, but you have to put up with people calling you Ginger!
As a kid I used to watch BOTP on a black & white TV set, and I was convinced Jason was a redhead. I was quite disappointed when I realised he was a brunette.

People don't call me ginger since school and maybe college. Bsides, I shave my head so nobody knows that I'm red haired or strawberry blonde to be more precise.

Meridian, you're a redhead, too?
Now we can say will the real" little red haired girl "please stand up?...LOL
I didn't get called Ginger (actually, that one doesn't bother me that much), but I did get called "Carrot Top", "Pumpkin Head", and Duracell (the copper top battery)...I was teased mercilessly as a kid!
I've learned to live with it over the years...LOL

No, I'm not a redhead. I'm a brunette with, ahem, "natural highlights". If I was a man, I'd be distinguished. I did spend a few months auburn-ish in my early 20s, just as I spent a few months blonde in my late teens, but I hate the whole business of getting hair roots sorted out. And I've not found any hair dye that covers my grey - perhaps I should resort to "just for men"! At least I'm not going bald
I did think that being a redhead would suit Jason though. Joe was sort of auburnish in the OAVs, some scenes at least? But I've never thought of original Joe as a redhead, just Jason.
