Bizarre. My first guess was "low budget, Gatch-inspired music videos by Japanese pop group" but a bit of googling suggests that these clips are excerpts of films produced by zen-pictures.net.

It's interesting to see how closely they resemble Gatchaman and its later imitators (Power Rangers etc.)

Hmmmm.... it was the wings that threw me off. These costumes seem to be very 'Swan-like'.

It's like Gatchaman, Sailor Moon, and Power Rangers all wrapped up in one.
I did notice the little watermark like word in the corner though that said sample. You think they are just test videos for an idea?

Hi all!

As lborgia88 already said, it's a film made by Zen Pictures. They're a company that specializes in making low budget direct-to-video costumed heroine films, usually "inspired" by some well known character or series. As you'd expect, these are usually little more than an excuse to have pretty girls in skintight or revealing outfits running around on screen. This particular one is called "Bird Soldier."
