Zero is a major character in the X series. He's the second main character (and appears to be more popular than the main protagonist, X). Iris unfortunately meets a sad fate near the end of Megaman X4, but there's a big fanbase for the romance between them (or so it seems). People have even brought her back to life in some of their fanfics.

You had said there wasn't enough footage of the two characters for an AMV, so I thought they might have been tertiary characters.

Most of my anime experience has come from Cartoon Network (back when they showed it), and a few discoveries on Hulu dot com.

There's so much out there, it's easy for any given series to be a complete mystery to others.

(They're a cute couple, BTW.)
