Actually, I think that beyond the wings, those parts of the uniform that are there and the yo-yo, it doesn't look a damn thing like the Swan! The eyes are all wrong, the hair is definitely the wrong colour and do not get me started on the size of her... assets!

The eyes are definitely wrong, so is the shape of the face. The rest seems more based off of comic books or fanart. It also looks unlicensed and they are probably asking way more than it is worth.
