Definitely! I used Google translate on some articles, in Chinese, about Imagi's situation back in February and while I could follow the gist of what the articles were saying, the phrasing and vocabulary that google came up with was peculiar. I've had somwhat better results using google to translate Spanish to English -maybe the more related the two languages are, the better google is able to translate one to the other.
I also confess I enjoy the odd translations that google comes up with. I'm still wondering what the original Japanese was that got translated by google as "nihilist grandstander," and what words a proper translator would have used.
That sentence for Joe should read, "At first glace, he seems like a nihilist who rushes into grandstand plays, but his heart cares for his companions more than anyone."
Not having seen Gatachman II or F, just going from the three different versions of the original that I have seen. I would argue that there is nothing about the Condor that makes him seem like a nihilist not even a grandstander.
