Thanks, TJ! It would be a good excuse to make you come and visit at an earlier stage! And we've just returned home after a long day out! There's no need to say that I didn't find such servings on my lunch's menu but it was delicious just the same! This time we opted for typical Mediterranean with escargot, rabbit and Sicilian Cassata! Perhaps rabbit may sound a bit unusual for some of you but it's a very good dish when cooked nicely (sorry for any vegeterians!) ... hmm, but isn't rabbit an eagle's prey ... and "Sicilian" Cassata then?! LOL ... I must really have a one track mind! We ended the day by sitting at the edge of some sea cliffs ... simply breathtaking! (A familiar scene kept coming to my mind!)

We used to eat rabbit a lot when I was a kid, Marie! I agree that it's very good! Although for some reason, my mother didn't like it when I was a child and I asked if we could have rabbit for Easter.
I'm still not sure what's wrong with that. People eat turkeys on Thanksgiving, after all...
Gatchmarie, sorry this birthday wish is late, judging by the awesome pics everyone put up it had to be a good one.... = me showing up late to the party

Thanks, Gatchgirl! It's so nice to hear from you! Hope you're okay! You're right ... those awesome pics made my day ... what's better than some Eagle goodness (plus some Condor's ... why not?!)! And don't worry ... it's always party time if you wish!
