Well, it's like this. All living things on the planet are filled with energy from the Earth's Mantle. If we can harness that energy, through the use of midochlorians, or cerebonics, or uranium, we could tap into unlimited sources of power.

Rather than lose the attention span of the people, Katse has decided to destroy the Mantle Plan, keeping all energy for hirself, to power numerous Galactor mechas. You wonder why the Galactor soldiers are always so distracted and so poor in a fight? It's because they had to tear themselves away from internet porn to go get themselves killed, and therefore their motivation is low. Sosai X is currently working on this problem, terming his plan the 'Black Hole Operation'.
