Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the stores comes...Gatchaman Kewpies! The Run'a company will be producing a collection of 53 different Kewpie phone strap mascot figures based on a variety of Japanese pop-culture figures, from Masked Rider to Detective Conan, Evangelion to Thunderbirds, Yatterman to Astro Boy. Among the collection of 3.3cm tall figures will be all 5 five members of the Science Ninja Team! You can see a picture of the five at:
These cute littl' things will be released to stores in Japan on September 13th, at a suggested retail price of 520 yen apiece. I'm sure will start to find their way over here not too long afterwards. You have been warned...

Tatsunokofan, do you have a link to the Thunderbirds ones, that doesn't require Japanese to find? I know of a few cross-over fans who would be interested as well.
(I can just imagine her reaction!)

The Thunderbirds figures are at the bottom of the page. At the time the press release for the figures was done, which included the images of all figures that are posted around the web, they only had the prototypes for Virgil and Gordon completed. Scott, John, and Alan are represented by illustrations of what the figures will eventually look like. If you click on the different pictures, it will take you to a page that have a larger picture of that particular figure about halfway down the page.
I hope this helps!
