The film Land Of The Dead is coming out this week in the British Isles and all I can say is to quote from 2 lines from Shaun Of The Dead, "Don't call them Zombies." and "Can everybody calm the fuck down."
I thank you.

I wondered if this movie was any good. I passed it up when it was released here in the States, but I love the whole genre. Probably going to have to pick it up at some point.

With the echo from the amplifiers ringing in your head,
You smoke the days last cigarette, remembering what she said.
My spouse recorded part of "Day of the Dead" (I think) and we watched it last night.
I'm not a fan of the genre, but that has got to be one of the crappest movies ever. Looks like they spent more on red stuff than on people who could act and stuff. And what happened at the end, where the survivors are running to the helicopter and a zombie's waiting inside for them, and then the girl wakes up on a beach and it's all lovely? Did they run out of budget?
Anyway, obviously that's not Land of the Dead. I'm sure it'll be a great gorefest. Not that I'll be watching it for another 10 years until my husband records it and says "look at this!".

Not brilliant but yet not shite. It wasn't like the other 3 that were done and I didn't really like the end because it wasn't like the endings of the other 3 and the remade Dawn Of The Dead.
I would advice anybody in the genre to go and watch it as it's enjoyable.
As for the Day Of The Dead, all I can say is that it's nothe crappest movie as I have seen the crappest movie ever made called The Karate Warrior and believe you me it's the worse movie. The acting is non existent, the SFX is better on Doctor Who than in this movie and the only good point in the movie is when it finsished the credits.
