I love the kill Bill movies - Quentin Tarantino has a very interesting way of looking at thinks and lots of fake blood.
So when I found these

Tokyo Gore Police - with Eihi Shina - Somebody's got a bloody job to do- makers of The Machine Girl - the Police Force has been corporised - part of their job is to hund down homicidal mutants whose injuries can be transformed into deadly weapons, (guns as eyes and more chainsaw arms)
Watch for prisoner 67- sword arms and legs and the and the woman whose lower body turns into a , Crocodile is the best description
