Gatchaman Crowds Insight Episode#0

Hi all!
The Gatchaman Crowds Insight website announced that there is going to be a special "Episode #0" for the series released in advance of the regular series premiere in July. This special episode, titled "Inbound," will premiere on June 20th, exclusively on Hulu Japan. Here's the synopsis they've released for the episode:
Gatchaman Crowds Insight Episode #0 - Inbound
During the Summer of 2015, in the Tokyo city of Tachikawa, the "Tachikawa Incident" took place.
It is 1 year since then--
Berg Katze's power was given to Rui Ninomiya by removing his NOTE, and since that day, when the ability of Crowds to make the human spirit a reality was made available to everyone, it has become widely used.
Accepting its advice, Seitaro Sugayama has been promoted to Prime Minister of Japan.
However, there are people who do not think well of Crowds, and are dissatisfied and anxious over Sugayama's policies. So one day, the Prime Minister's vehicle, in which Sugayama is riding, is attacked by a mysterious group.
Toward the next battle, the winged warriors move anew.
