Civil forfeiture just invites abuse, since police departments can't seem to get more funding any other way.
And the condom logic is oversimplistic. Yet another law that does not accomplish what it intends.
What's up with the filming? (I can understand when it could jeopardize a police operation, but the rest of the time, it invites 'What are they hiding?' comments.)
And the identity theft thing just sucks. What are they thinking? I wonder if any of the victims have been arrested for things their unknown alter egos did. Because you know that the undercover cops had to do a few unsavory things, and forgot to get that expunged from the record.
