Hello all!
Tatsunoko has done their monthly update on their website, and one part of their update might be of interest to Gatchaman fans. On the main page of their site, they run a monthly opinion survey, asking a question or two for you to pick the answer that best fits your views. This month, their questions are:
1. What is your favorite production?
A) Time Bokan Series
B) Mach GoGoGo
C) Gatchaman
D) Casshan
E) Genie Hakushon
F) Honeybee Hutch
2. What aspect of that production do you find appealing?
A) Hero Characters
B) Villain Characters
C) Mecha, Robots
D) World View
E) The Story
F) The Humor
Following that, they have two dropdown windows. The first asks your age (With the options being in your teens, the first half of your twenties, the latter half of your twenties, your thirties, your forties, or your fifties. I guess no one over 59 is a fan of Tatsunoko). The second asks your gender (Male is listed first, female second).
If you think you'd like to vote in their survey, it's open to anyone, and you can vote as many times as you wish. It can be found at:

It's on the left hand side of the page, in the blue box just past the section labelled "Tatsunoko Mail Magazine" in English.
The survey runs through June 30th, with the results listed on their site next month.
It's all for fun, a way of generating interest in their site, but it would be nice to have Gatchaman outvote the Time Bokan Series!

Hi all!
Well, the results of this monthly poll are now in. Of the 564 votes that were submitted, the Time Bokan Series shows won with 57%. Gatchaman came in second with 25% of the votes, followed by Casshan (9%), Mach GoGoGo/Speed Racer (4%), Genie Hakushon (3%) and Honeybee Hutch (2%).
As for the portion of the poll asking what aspect of the show you liked most, the Time Bokan fan vote boosted the villain characters to the top (Since the three villains are the most popular aspect of those shows), though Hero Characters and Mecha, Robots apparently put in a good showing. Alas, the actual numbers for this part were not disclosed.
The voting ratio was roughly 3 men for every 2 women who voted. The Time Bokan Series shows were the most popular with male voters, while Gatchaman and the Time Bokan Series were evenly split among the female voters.
While the Time Bokan Series was popular with all age ranges, the majority of the people who voted for Gatchaman were in their 40s.
Approximately half of the voters were in their 30s, while 22% were in their 40s, 9% were in their teens and 20s. They don't specify, but I'm guessing the remaining 19% were either in their 50s (The only other age option available in the poll) or didn't respond to that question.
