I can get it to fit if I stretch it top to bottom to fit.
If I leave it 'as is' all I get on the screen is /The Owl or El/
I am trying to figure out how to change file sizes using the programs I have on my computer. My Preview program does not appear to allow me to change sizes.

The file as is will never fit properly from top to bottom. It just doesn't have the proper height (as in it won't scale properly). If you just have it fit width wise, there will be spaces on the top and bottom (if it is centred that this).

My problem when I try/tried centering is my computer reverts back to the plain apple screen. There must be a flaw in my system.
Do not work too hard whipping anything up, I can live with what I have now.
When I stretch Ryu it makes him look less "heavy" 
The goons look a little silly though. But then when don't they.

The owl production drawings are from the Gatchaman Extras dvd that comes with the ADV Gatchaman Collections vol 5 (Disc 9 & 10).
