Sorry, Green! I have to point this out, but "fondant" is another word for "sugarpaste" ... that soft icing! Fondue is basically melted cheese with other additions! But, don't worry ... it's still very spreadable! But you have to be careful as it could burn through the skin since it should be melting hot!!!

Either way - I'm more than happy to take care of the cleaning up of any stray Condors....

Does anybody else think the pink and black socks are a little out of place?

Well ... my heart could be like that of Princess in your "Bruises"! Keep them both but love the Eagle!

TJ, that's an awesome menu you've come up with! LOL ... I've never encountered one like that in any Maltese restaurant ... what a pity! And I noticed you balanced the servings between the Eagle and the Condor! Can I alter them and finish with the Eagle servings instead! I always like to keep the best for last!

Feel free to vary the menu as you desire. Marie! Afvter all, it was your idea!

You can vary the menu choices too. I wanted to put some meat in there, but somehow it just seemed weird to be eating a hunk of beef next to... of, well, you know...

Ahem.... let me start over. I'd rather lick the creamy mushroom risotto than have something that required a lot of chewing... Wink
