Sorry, Green! I have to point this out, but "fondant" is another word for "sugarpaste" ... that soft icing! Fondue is basically melted cheese with other additions! But, don't worry ... it's still very spreadable! But you have to be careful as it could burn through the skin since it should be melting hot!!!

TJ, that's an awesome menu you've come up with! LOL ... I've never encountered one like that in any Maltese restaurant ... what a pity! And I noticed you balanced the servings between the Eagle and the Condor! Can I alter them and finish with the Eagle servings instead! I always like to keep the best for last!
