Perfect example of why he needed to eat less junk food and lose weight

Cloud gets all defensive as she snuggles up to the Owl.
FB how dare you say he needs to lose weight, it is all muscle I tell you.
But I do agree he needs a better diet. Sugar and space burgers all the time are not part of the four food groups.
(At least that is what I explain to my grade ones. Now pizza, on the other hand, meets the requirements of all four food groups )

You like?
I tell my class the bread food group is covered by the crust, the vegetables by the sauce, the meat group when you add pepperoni, and the Milk group with the cheese. Of course you can always add more vegetables by adding green peppers and onions. And you could always get in some fruit by adding pineapple. (*Those hawiian pizzas are so good.)
So, as you can see, all food groups covered.

I like your way of thinking, but I feel it necessary to point out that
technically the tomato is a fruit.
Same food group, though!

That depends on who you technically talk to, but I am not getting into that argument.

On a side note, you want to know what's really tasty... pineapple done on the BBQ! Take a pineapple and slice it into 3/4 inch slices. Take out the core (but leave the crust). Place it on the BBQ long enough to get grill marks on it. Do both sides. Then eat while hot or cold.
The heat of the BBQ brings out the sugars in the pineapple and makes it very sweet and tasty (which is especially good in stir-fries). Mmmmmm...

Hahahaaa my favourite pizza here is Tandoori Chicken.
I meets the yogurt requirement of my diet as well...the more toppings on a pizza the better!
I love to make my own as well on a pizza stone...yum yum!
Well maybe the Owl could build more muscle through a stable pizza diet!...he needs just to increase the Protein...

ITA Tim! I've had it in a kebab style with bananas, and some kind of melon...or was it mango..I'm sure you could add whatever kind of fruit you may like! Yummy!

I've done fruit kebabs with a marinade made from orange juice and lime juice and a TINY drop of mint.
I'm not one for pineapple on pizza though... I just never got the whole sweet-and-salty (or for that matter the sweet-and-sour) thing. I like pineapple, I love pizza, but together... just not working for me.
