Okay... you asked for it... I had a few moments this afternoon so I was digging through my giant Rubbermaid bins, a.k.a. 'memory boxes'.

Here is my room on New Year's Day, 1987. This is three photos that overlap. Sorry for the bad lighting/angles, etc., but this was a film camera (remember those?) and I was never that great a photographer.

 

I'm sure SJ will appreciate the pictures of Platinum Blonde (and my Mark Holmes poster). The rest is all Duran Duran.

What I meant is: I need time to plan what I say, it does not just roll off my tounge (or fingers)

I tend to make mistakes, like above, if I post too quickly. Then feel sorry I may have hurt someones feelings.

I guess I'm with the right group if you all appreciate my room! My parents HATED it... but to their credit, they let me do as I pleased. Especially once it was clear that the wallpaper was already ruined form all of that tape. Wink

Huggles Ebony! Honestly, the grammar is fixable. What is much harder to achieve is the wonderful story-telling and plotlines that you write with ease. IMHO, that's much more important!

Anyone else who wants to post pictures of their rooms from twenty years ago (Gag... where did my youth go???), go ahead! I'd love to see them!
