Somehow, you guys didn't do a good job... I've been gone almost 24 hours! My kids had a Halloween party this morning, so yesterday afternoon we made a graveyard cake and cleaned the house, and then today we hosted the party. One of the activities was wrapping everyone up in toilet paper to make them into mummies.... and 12 rolls of TP ended up scattered in fragments around the house... it looked like a TP factory exploded inside of my house! Big Grin Needless to say, cleanup took awhile...

Do I need to lock you up so you can write?
Perhaps away for distractions.

I love the action sequence in this part TJ.

If it is okay, I think I am going to save this and look into how others write their action scenes. I feel I do not do them justice. I let the action slide for the angst.

Although, I may have someone getting hurt or injured in a scene, I never see the steps to the injury (the individual moves.)

For some reason I was having a lot of trouble making this post.... Shrug

You are always welcome to save fics, CD. That is why people post them online: so they can be enjoyed!

I am glad that you liked the action scene. There are only so many ways to say they got attacked by a bunch of goons, they kicked butt so I'm always looking for new ways to do it.

One of the things I do is think of the action scenes in the show and try to describe them. That might work for you! If you can see it in your mind, it is a lot easier to describe.

Perhaps I should watch the shows for the action scenes, not the other things.
Cloud is overjoyed I can go back and watch all over again.

ANY excuse to watch will do.... Happy

BTW, the action scenes are much better in Gatch... in BOTP they cut out a lot of stuff.

I noticed that, but I do not have that much BOTP stuff to watch, so I would go for the Gatch.

Cloud thinks about the OAV'S......No don't go there... no shower scene allowed for Cloud. Although the scene where Ken (what is it called? Shadow ..... something?) splits into 3 is incredible for a fighting scene. At least it is one that stands out in my mind.

Yes well....
Maybe Cloud should rephrase that..... that is one of the few fighting scenes that stands out in my mind.

Wink I understand CD.... Big Grin

Actually, when watching the OAVs, I started thinking about how a lot of their fighting techniques are Dungeons and Dragons spells: mirror image, invisibility, feather fall, Quaal's Feather Token.... Wink

I was thinking how they resembled some of the powers that I have given the team in my Universe.
