The only way that I know of people calling someone cock is ending it with the term sucker. Which isn't good (unless your a female and you don't mind the term) Other then that I can't think of anyone saying it for that reason.

I recall my dad being called "cocker" by some of his workmates in Birmingham. So maybe it's just a west midlands term.

On the TV series Deadwood, I have noticed that everyove says cocksucker in nearly every sentance. The scriptwriters must lover that word for some unknown reason then.

I dont think they really care in Deadwood MD some of the language is far worse then cocksucker.....much much worse.... in fact its like they have terrets.
