Well, if I were a gender-switching mutant I'd want a second wardrobe, but it's not exactly clear if Katse ever wears typical male clothing, except on rare occasions as a disguise. Katse's standard outifit (thigh-high boots over tights with cape and mask) would work just as well (if not better) on female Katse, and it is possible that male Katse would be okay wearing, say, that pink and purple unitard that female Katse wore in ep. 31!
