Maybe the Swan did have a say...she looked at the Eagle and formed her strategy..."I'll go the pink mini skirt...and white undies, I do like the long boots though...sure we can't swap the plain full briefs for a lacy G-string" she asked the the uniform designer in a sweet innocent voice....
The Eagle blushed furiously and tried to look some were else at the conversation that was happening between the Swan and the uniform designer... and the Condor put up an eager hand to vote for the G-string idea!
