Ebony, I think your Joe reminds me of Ken, too...not sure why...maybe it's his eyes...*swoon*

Yess, that would be great. I must improve my skills, so I can draw a nice Ego/Jun sketch. Maybe a hanged Eagle in the background too. Yippee

Springie, your work is becoming so life like. I have been admiring your work for ages and really see the improvement. Keep up the good work. I would love to see colour added to some of your pics.

You, Amy and Ebony really make me wish I could draw more than abstract or stick figures for people. I have problems getting the proportions correct. Perhaps I could join in on your art classes.

Thanks Springie

I think I have been looking at Eagle pictures for to long LOL

Joe has a more square jaw line than Ken but I think I made the expression in his eyes to soft maybe...Anyway I 'll keep prctising and see if I can come up with a decent Ken and Jun drawing for you....

Amy Ego looks so mature in that picture...and you said you couldn't draw! I like you pic of Ego...

Springie and TJ have started a trend of illustrating Fic

I have to tell you this story because, I think it's funny;

Yesterday at work (I work in a small shopping centre) It was soooo quiet that I was drawing Gatch pics at the counter, and the Guy in the Jeans shop across from me was drawing anime pics as well. He's doing his own series and original characters....We were holding up pics to compare characters from the entrance of out shops...he is a good artist...

Last Saturday he was so bored he was playing the guitar at his counter..free entertainment I say...He liked the Gatch pic and he likes Gatchaman....He's a cool dude..

I'll agree that I thought Ebony's picture was a fabulous one of Ken! I think it's the eyes...

I love Amy's pic too! You guys are all so good at drawing. I totally suck. I have to rely on Springie to illustrate my fics for me. *grin*

(Keep working, Springie! Poke I need more pics! Especially the smutty ones.... Wink )

LOL...you crack me up, TJ! Just say the word (and throw out the ideas...and I'll try them!)...and I'll bet you aren't as bad at drawing as you say you are...have you made any attempts???

Ebony, I found that Joe's eyes were more squinty, and he has bags under his eyes...also...I noticed that the face shape and chin made a big difference...he has a cleft in his chin...but I find Joe to be a big challenge to draw...much more so than Ken...and Jun is really hard for me, too...I'm still trying to figure her out...

Ideas:

Ken and Jun snuggling
Ken and Jun kissing
Ken and Jun embracing
Ken and Jun without clothes
Ken and Jun... well... you get the idea... Smooch

Replace Ken with Joe. Lather, rise, repeat. Wink

As for attempts, yes, I have. But none that I would *ever* share. Stick figures anyone? My 6 year old draws better than I do!

Nice!!!
You even added some colour to this one.
IMHO colour makes a picture Pop out more, at least I can see the shading better. But as I say that is just in my eyes.

I love the color too! I think Springit underestimates how good she is at color.

Now *here's* an interesting thought about that picture: is Jun willing? I can't decide if she's repulsed, or if she's just feeling guilty that she's enjoying Ego's attentions...

Springie your shading on his face is good! I love shading pictures I could do it for hours!

You got his more aristocratic nature....Especially how he is eyeing of the swan...swooney!

I admit that I have taken a liking to doing Fics with Ego in them....Just a good challenge I suppose.

(Thanks To Amy for highlighting the lack of them)

Yes, I have found drawing Condor Joe a challenge! He likes to be a challenge in every way our Condor!

I have been trying to do ones of swan/Eagle together, not easy...rather do a doll...but it fills in the lunch break!

CD come and Join the drawing class with us the more the merrier!
Well time for dinner... I wonder what my Eagle is cooking for us??ConfusedI wish LOL)

I love the pics. I think you all need to be a bit more confident in your drawing abilities than you are - those really are nice pictures.

Re the Joe pic - one thing that struck me about it looking like Ken is that it's got Ken hair - the fringe looks very much more Ken than Joe.

OMG, Springie, this is awsome! Bonkers3 Both look great! I'm soo happy I've made you guys starting Ego sketches.... and maybe a bit of fanfic too biggrin2

I like how he's eying the Swan. Seems to me or he's trying to take off her helmet? She looks pretty unsure, though.

Back to practice now. animepompom
