Is BOTP Thundercats and Thundercats BOTP the same comic with different titles and covers or a different story all together?

They are two different comics with unrelated stories. If memory serves me right, the Battle of the Planets/Thundercats comic was the one done by Munier Shariff, and fit loosely into the continuity of the ongoing Top Cow BotP comic. The Thundercats/Battle of the Planets comic was a standalone story that was unrelated to either the BotP or Thundercats comic.
