That's correct, they only have 4-day passes (Now sold out) and 1-day passes (To go on sale soon). The 1-day passes are for specific days of the convention, not a general 1-day that can be used any day of the convention. So, you'd need to buy 1-day passes for each of the specific days that you're interested in. If the pattern from the last two years holds true, Saturday will sell out first, followed by Friday, then Thursday, then Sunday.

I suspect that there will be a lot of people who missed out on the 4-day passes buying four 1-day passes to make up for it, so I wouldn't wait too long to purchase your 1-day passes once they go on sale. I'll keep checking the Comic Con website and try to let people know that they're available.

Hi all!

As has been posted in other thread (But I figured should be in this one), the 1-Day memberships for Comic Con will go on sale starting on December 15th. There is currently no information regarding the prices for the individual days. If the pattern from the last couple of years holds true, Thursday or Friday will cost the same, Saturday will be more expensive than those two days, and Sunday will be less expensive. Regardless, if you're looking to get a membership for the convention, now you know when they'll be available!

Hi all!

I forgot to mention it last week, but 1-day memberships for Comic Con are now on sale. Over the past week, all available memberships for Saturday have sold out, and Friday is 50% sold out. Thursday and Sunday are around 25% sold out. So, if you're thinking of attending the convention and want to get some 1-day passes, I'd recommend signing up quickly!

It makes me glad that I bought a 4 day pass. Those one day passes for Saturday went very quickly.

There is a limit to the number of available passes, due mostly to the number of people the Fire Marshal will allow in the building at any given time. I'm not sure how they have divided up the number of passes between 4-day and 1-day memberships, but you can be certain that there are far fewer 1-day passes available than there were 4-days passes. Saturday is the most popular day for the convention, so I'm not surprised that it sold out first. I am surprised at how quickly those passes sold out, though! The sales for the other three days have been much slower, though the number of passes for Friday has been slowly but surely creeping higher (60% sold out as of today). Sales for Thursday and Sunday passes are lagging much further behind, but will pick up steam once Friday has sold out. So, if anyone is thinking of attending for a day to get together with a bunch of other Gatchaman fans, and hasn't bought a pass yet, I wouldn't put it off for too long, or you might miss out!

As of today, they have sold 76% of the passes for that day, and the remaining memberships for that day will likely join the 4-day memberships and the Saturday 1-day memberships on the sold out list very soon. There are still plenty of Thursday and Sunday memberships available, but sales on those days will pick up speed once Friday is sold out.

One last reminder before all of the Friday 1-day memberships for the convention are sold out. As of this evening, Friday is now 90% sold out. Very, very soon, Thursday and Sunday 1-day memberships will be all that are available, and they'll probably start to disappear fairly quickly once Friday has joined Saturday and the 4-day memberships on the "Sold Out" list. Of course, it's not like we wouldn't be happy to see any of you on those two days as well!
