We have had lightning storms last night along with heavy rain...It just hasn't felt like summer.
No bushfires!!!! I was wondering what was different this year, and it was the fact that I'd get up in the morning and no smell smoke in the air, or fire truck sirens...
With all the undergrowth from the rain this summer, next year is going to bad for it!
Other states have had bushfires but NSW is quiet...

We had -25 c wind chill factors here today. This Colorado low came by and sucked all the cold down from the North. -19c over night tonight.
With the longer days, I think I am finally getting tired of winter. March Starts this weekend, and it looks like it will be coming in like a Lamb. Sunny and 2c temps. I hope that does not mean we will be getting snow at the end of March as the month goes out like a Lion.

Stupid temps outside can't seem to make up their mind. I hate the back and forth stuff, hot, cold, hot, cold. Makes for nasty colds etc.

I have the same problem at work. Since I mostly work in the Warehouse and yard, then I need to wear a T-shirt under my uniform and fleece because it's cold, BUT once I am on the shop floor, then I need to take of the fleece because it's too hot with it on.
I keep telling people that it's like the film The Day After Tomorrow but nobody believes me.
