*See Cloud dance and sing around her basement because her carpet was installed today and the basement looks like a basement again. Not a room with a pile of furniture in the middle and paint and plaster splatter all over the floor.*

Now I just have to get the little things fixed, if you call getting a sink in the laundry room little, and it is all done.

Sorry!!!! Cloud is overjoyed and has to go and dance on the new carpet again. Then I have to move the furniture to the correct locations.

A party of one???

Maybe I should invite the Eagle Condor and Hootie to come and visit. I am sure they could liven up my party.

Uhhhh! seeing as I am pretty lively right now, inviting them may be dangerous. I am not sure if my insurace would cover party damage.

You're right, the COndor does tend to be destructive when he celebrates... or is it that he celebrates after he is destructive?

But I'm sure the Owl would love to party quietly with you. Just have plenty of food... Wink

Sensitive, Cloud is now very sad, and is worried she upset SJ in the Eagle/Swan Love thread.
Cloud does not want an upset SJ because she is afraid SJ will not finish No for her.

I am going to go console myself with some icecream. Chocolate again!!! Outtahere

oh shit...hubby wants to talk with you now...His favorite is Anubis. I like Tel'c...I love his voice, just that way he speaks, and O' Neil just love the sarcasm. Actually I think all the actors have such a good chemistry together. But yes Apophis and those eyes! *drool*

My DH and son are massive SG-1 fans they have watched SG-1 all the way through to the whole of the atlantis series.

DH also found it amusing that the main cast of farscape ending up with roles in SG-1

I am not a great fan of Atlantis. I only saw a few of the series eps. They lack the spark the original series had!

Yup, wouldn't be fun to have your student calling you that way?
I use to give funny nicks to my teachers too!

I finally going to get my front garden sorted out from tomorrow. Pity that I don't like gardeing otherwise I could take care of both the front and back gardens.

Actually, I found out a couple of years ago that they call me 'the Flower Lady' because I wear dresses and many of them have flowers on them. So I guess that's somewhat Swan related too! (if they're Fierce Flowers)

I think things are finally getting back to normal again.

The house looks like it is done. I should take pics and maybe post them, I did promise Ebony some of my kitchen at the least. (That reminds me must borrow the digital camera from school this weekend.) I would love for a friend to come over and see what little mistakes they see that I am overlooking. My parents say they may pop down next week to have a look. I hope they do before I have to sign off on any paperwork.

My brother appears to be recovering, he has been told he can start work on Tuesday, although he is not driving, (he is a truck driver/ delivery person) He will be an assistant driver for a while, another person will drive and my brother will help with the heavy lifting. Yeah, another weight off my mind.

We have a long weekend coming up and it looks like the weather will continue to be nice, sunny and warm, very unusual for this time of year.

My Principal, the control freak, (sounds a little like Springies VP) who never gives compliments, actually told me she would sign some forms for the board without looking at them first because "she thought she could trust what I was doing since I had done it for the last 4 years." Of course she was standing in front of another Principal at the time, (we are getting a Stand In while our Principal takes some leave) and who knows what she really did when she got back to her office or home that night. But at least she made a nice comment to my face. Not the usual backhanded comments we get.

Cloud is hoping tomorrow will be a fantastic last day of the week so she can slide into the long weekend feeling great. Maybe I will work on my fic this weekend. If I am not too busy celebrating with my parents.

That sounds great, CD!

Could your brother be another set of eyes in case the workers missed something?

I am glad that your principal is complimenting you, and I'm sure he means it! Huggles
