Not far off... It's a pocket dimension created by Gel Sadra. The NGP got sucked in and had to rescue Ryu. The last pic is Ryu in the G2 with Joe after being rescued They're trying to make their way back to the NGP so they can escape the pocket dimension, which is about to collapse.

Hmmmm.... that G2 seems to be able to mold itself around any number or size of passengers doesn't it.
I always thought is seated one, and maybe a very small person behind.
