Never saw the film Attack of the Killer Tomatoes but did watch the cartoon series of it. As for Barbarella, I don't think you can do a good remake of it. the charm of it is that's it's just plain silly.

Interesting story there. (This is what I head about it - dunno about the truth behind it)

Fox pulled the plug on it after three seasons because of low ratings and what not ... and then it went into syndication.

BOOM!

It became one of the hottest toons on TV.

Fox then made that phone call to Seth McFarlane and said "We'll pay you what you want for another 35 episodes, a feature-length, then after that, we'll talk."

So back it came ...

There was rumour that Futurama was supposed to come back too, but I think that fell through.

So it was syndication - which is usually just the slow haven of defunct TV shows - actually saved Family Guy - which we are all thankful for, cos that show kicks some serious ass.

I also heard it got pulled because it was a touch offending to certain groups but then an online petition brought it back to air. Big Grin

Now hiding in the LA underground, being chased by Australian crocoidiles, who were origninally going to Romana, they are wanted by their shrinks.

They have a problem, if you think you can help them, and please help these poor mad and corrupted souls, and if you can find them, then you can hire the G Team.

Staring Cep as the cigar chumping leader, dressed as a chcken called Polly, John "Hannibal" Smith.

SJ as the beautiful cigar chomping conwoman, "Face" Peck.

Metaliant as the beer swilling H M "Howling Mad" Murdock.

And Imi, as the cigar gun toting, "B A" Baracus

You can make up your own casting and the voice over.
