Damm, a pay rise. I only get pittance pay rises because of the usual finance year they give us pay rises (no more than 20 pence usually) and every autumn, when the minimal wages go up, so then does mine. In fact I get only 5 pence more than people on minimal wages.

Also, my supervisor is trying to get me extra hours, (which means a bit more money) so I can do my job a bit more effective.
