folks who sell 15 years of unpaid parking ticket lists (which, based on letters to editors and such are woefully incorrect) to collection agencies. They're calling up dead people, people who're convinced they paid them 12 years ago and have thrown out the relevant records, folks who weren't in the province that season ... and half of them don't have enough proof to be worth fighting it. Never mind that the collection agency doesn't have enough proof, either.

(Mom, please note: maybe keeping all my bank statements forever isn't a waste of space.)

(I am not sure about the rest of the world but in Toronto many intersections have boxes and a few cameras are moved around from location to location.)

You may know about them but you have to find them first. I am very good at disgusing stuff. I have a black blt in it.
