Thanks I loved the web site. I did check it out and the one I'm looking for is the one from He-Man and She -Ra secret of the sword. The movie in which they introduced She-Ra. I do thank you for the information!!!

Please tell me Gatchgirl but did both live on different planets or just different universes? I don't know why but I recall that She-Ra was from a different universe.
Also, I do remember ITV (I think) showed a Xmas special where there was a crossover.

Where I used to live as a kid, some of my neighbours of mine and myself were messing around with one of those 'lightsword' thingys (basically a torch with a long clear plastic tube to make it look like a sword) and we took turns doing impressions of Adam turning into He-Man.
My god, those were the days.

The secret of the sword was shown in the south of England approximately 12 years or so ago.
The only reason I remember is that my son was addicted to Heman and She-ra when he was little.

heehee- I've started something, haven't I? My brothers watched He man every day... and played with the action figures constantly... I can still hear the noises they used to make for the guns shooting...my son and nephew found a bag full of old Heman toys at my moms house and they play with them just as much...mom also bought a dvd of the old he man cartoon...so I'm still hearing..."I have the power!"

But that doesn't make sense about She-Ra and He-Man in different universes, especially if they were twin sister and brother and how come the Sorceress knew about that.
I think you were right about Adam's mum being from Earth. Wow, we get everywhere in Sci-Fi.

The different universe thing came from Skeletor and hordak working together to take over Eternia. At that time Adam (Heman) and Adora (She-ra) had just been born. Apparently they were aware they woul come into some special powers so a plot was hatch to steal them oth. However they only got Adora and took her to Etheria where Shadow weaver used mind control to get her working for the horde.
The sorceress wiped the memories of all but a few people in order that people and Adam were not too traumatised.
(I think thats about right)

So true...why do they do that? So we all have at least one character we hate? I saw Thundercats a couple of times...and I found the two twin kids to be a little annoying, too...but Thundercats reminded me of BOTP in a strange way...they must have used the "Gatch" secret formula...like they did with Voltron...

At least Orko and Snarf weren't as patronising as Zark and say that everything is alright and nobody got hurt, etc, etc. And if they dd, at last it wasn't every single second of the cartoons.
