I don't think Ken looks too bad with the goatee, but Ryu can carry facial hair better than the rest of them. Joe just looks ... odd ... with facial hair.
Interesting to see RI without the mustache - I like him better that way.
My husband has a bit of a baby face and I actually prefer him with a mustache. He looks sort of incomplete without it.

Rowrrr, Red Impulse looks hot without his mustache, but Ken does not... Giggle. I like the different views of mustaches but like Nambu's and RI's the most. 
The guys look better without any facial hair, IMO...

Okay, I just had to try, though this is a hasty effort -everyone's ears are too small and I didn't bother much at all with blending changes into the background.
I think Ken and Joe pull off the bald look the best, as they've got the best bone structure/faces for it. Jun just reminds me of that character in the first Star Trek movie, though really she has a pretty enough face to not need hair so much, but it's so much more odd to see a woman with no hair.

I think Ryu is missing most of his head.
And I know I'm in the minority, but I like the facial hair on both Nambu and Kentaro. Besides enhancing their looks, it gives them a more mature look. When dealing with adolescent ninjas, you need all the help you can get.

LOL, Joe really does look like Picard! And Ken looks like Yul Brynner. Jun looks like one of the 'Death Girls' (from Death Girls Unite!) and Jinpei and Ryu belong on the Simpsons...
